Deposit-secured loan advantages:

  • Loan issuance and approval commission - 0%;
  • Deposit preservation.

 

A loan shall be secured by the deposits below:

 

LOAN CONDITIONS
Loan currency GEL, USD, EUR
Min loan amount 500 unit
Max loan amount 500,000 unit*
Annual interest rate in case of loan currency - GEL 2% added to the interest chargeable to the deposit (in GEL)
11% added to the interest chargeable to the deposit (in USD)
13% added to the interest chargeable to the deposit (in EUR)
Annual interest rate in case of loan currency - USD/EUR 2% added to the interest chargeable to the deposit (in the corresponding currency)
Max loan term  2 year (no later than the deposit term expiration date)
Repayment schedule At the end of the deposit term

* The loans under 200,000 GEL may be disbursed in USD or EUR too. The loans more than 200,000 GEL shall be disbursed in the corresponding currency of the deposit. The loans exceeding max amount will be discussed on the credit committee. 

** In case of the child deposit, the loan shall be repaid at least 10 calendar days prior to the deposit term expiration date.
