September 2007 highlights start of close collaboration between the JSC Cartu Bank and the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank. Namely, the parties executed a loan contract for 1.5 m USD designed for a short-term funding of the Bank clients engaged in import-export in the BSEC etc. countries. In February 2008, the parties signed the amendment to the contract providing for the credit increase up to 5 m USD and later – 5 m USD.
